Refunds will be granted if notified within 3 days of receipt, if item is in original condition with tags. 10% restocking charge for returned item. Items customized will not be refunded. Buyer pays all shipping cost.
Items will be shipped out within 3 days for instock items. Items that are not instock can take up to a week to ship out. Customized items can take from 4 days to 2 weeks to ship out. Becuase out of stock has to be ordered, if item is canceled beacuse it is not instock, there will be a 10% restocking charge. So please email for stock status if you need right away.
