1. **This fee covers:**

* Adding plus-size measurements for custom fit
* Modifying existing designs into new styles (e.g., turning a dress into a jumpsuit or romper)
* Changing mini dresses into maxi dresses or jumpsuits
* Adding a hood to jackets

2. **Chain Collection Items:**

* Chain Collection items can be resized using chain extenders
* A custom fitting fee is *not* required for resizing chain styles

3. **Before Ordering:**

* This ensures your requested changes are possible before checkout

4. **How Plus Size Items Are Made:**

* Your measurements will be used as a **guide** to match a general US size (e.g., 3XL)
* For non-luxury items: custom, specific measurements may not be available unless confirmed
* Luxury Line items (over \$400) will be made **to your exact measurements**
* All Luxury Line custom items require **a minimum of 20 business days** for production, even with rush or express service

5. **Order Notes Instructions:**

* At checkout, please include the following in the **order notes**:

* Bust
* Waist
* Hips
* Height (optional but recommended)
* Any special instructions or fit requests

6. **Production Time:**

* Custom sizing adds **5–10 additional business days**

Custom / Made to Order Policy

Any item that is under custom made/made to order will take anywhere from 1-12 weeks to be completed. THE ITEM HAS TO BE MADE. If you need item faster, please add rush processing fee or express shipping fee to increase speed. Please start a chat to confirm it is possible. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee on time arrival, even with rush fee. Any factor can cause delay that we cannot control. But we will constantly push the factory to get your order completed. If you need item by a particular date and bypass final inspection, and your item has issues, we can only fix those issues that would have been fixed in the original inspection. We will send a label to you to have it repaired. Please note order starts processing after measurements, color choice, and materials are finalized!!

You can message us to see if factory may have a size or color already made that cab be shipped right away. Note any item that is not in stock in our warehouse is under custom category. If you were able to click this tab, this item is custom/made to order.

Items are made with materials that are available at time of order. Our in stock items are made in bulk will look exactly the same . Our custom/made to order items may not have the same beading or material available at the time of production, and there may be a slight difference in the finish. Rest assured we make sure items are made with quality and care.

The luxury line items use the highest quality materials and beading, and finishings, and can be made to your measurements for free. Please note Luxury line has "luxury" in the item title

WE CANNOT GUARENTEE THE ON TIME ARRIVAL OF ANY CUSTOM ITEM. IF YOU ADD RUSH FEE IT WILL SPEED UP THE PROCESS OF MAKING THE ITEM. IF YOU ADD EXPRESS SHIPPING IT WILL SPEED UP THE SHIPPING TIME. UNFORTUNETLY, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER SHIPPING TRANSIT OR ANY DELAYS THAT MAY OCCUR DURING PRODUTION, BUT ADDING THESE SERVICES WILL INCREASE ONTIME ARRIVAL SUCCESS.

LUXURY COLLECTION WILL TAKE AT LEAST 30 DAYS WITH RUSH OR EXPRESS FEE ADDED UNLESS SPEFICALLY TOLD OTHERWISE.

Any faux fur or leather item can be made with in real material. Please contact us for a quote. 95% of our items or vegan

Most items can be made in different styles. Such as a jumpsuit style can be made in dress, or romper. Mini dress can be made into maxi or jumpsuit style. Please email to confirm first. Chain collection can also be transformed into plus sizes by adding chain extenders. Please note chain dresses are delicate because they are made of chains. Please treat a delicate piece of clothing!!!

If you add on custom sizing fee you can change the color of any nude mesh to light nude or brown.

• We guarantee that our stretch boots will fit legs of any size. If they don’t, we can give you credit for exchange for any item on our website or we can get a pair made with same/similar style, with our customization boots service. Credit will be issued to exchange for the custom pair. Shipping will be free for all exchange.
• We guarantee that our in-stock items will fit according to the size chart in the listing description, or we will provide credit for free exchanges for any item on our website. (If you do not see sizing for any in stock clothing item, please email us and we will update the sizing right away and offer a 10% discount code you can use to purchase that item we did not have sizing for)
• We guarantee in stock item will ship out within 2 business days, if not you can request a refund. Please make sure you read description

How Much is Shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

How Long Does Shipment Take?

All non custom orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-2 business days or sooner with the exception of overnight orders which ship within 1 business day. At checkout, select the shipment method of your choice.

USPS Shipments are delivered on Saturdays, not Sundays. You can pay extra to have you package delivered on Sunday INSURANCE UP TO $50 is included EXPRESS only for lost packages during transit. You can add insurance to any package which will cover packages lost or damaged during transit. If you want to ensure your package is not stolen, please add signature confirmation to your package. 

SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS: 90% of our items are in stock and ready to ship. For the other 10% it will have to be ordered. Please check your email for order status. You will get an email stating when the item ships out, or it will say in description if the item has to be ordered.  It will not take more than 7-10 business days for a item to arrive to you if we had to order it. If you cannot wait for the item to come in, please respond to the email right away. If we order the item and you change your mind after the order has been ordered you, will be we may not be able to cancel it, if we will charge a 15% restocking fee. That includes Pre-Ordered items.  If we get a cancellation within 2 hours, we will fully refund. We print out label for all shipments if they ship that day or not. Please be sure to check for email from us with order delay status.

RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept your return for a store credit for not discounted stocked items within 10 business days with email request. Cannot be made to order/custom/intimate items.  Please state reason for return in email. If you have any difficulty, please send an email to sales@primadnd.com or text us at 404-956-5401.

Return Order to:

Please email us for return address. You are responsible for shipping cost. We will cover shipping cost exchanges for the same item in a different size. If the item price has changed, then you will be issued a store credit . We will supply label for even exchanges, replacements, or repair of item.

General requirements for acceptance:

Returned within 10 business days of receipt of receiving your order. In original packaging, unworn condition, free of makeup stains and free of odor. Must be approved via email by us. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return.

Non-returnable items include (exchange/store credit not accepted): 

Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits, corsets, custom made items, made to order items, any items that is not stocked. Discounted items

Return Processing time: 

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 10 business days, and store credit will be issued. For damaged items you pictures must be sent within 24 hours. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.  Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive the wrong item or items with incorrect measurements please email us with pictures of the item lying flat. For wrong item must be absolutely unworn. For incorrect measurements you must send pictures with measurements showing on a tape measure

IF PACKAGING IS DAMAGED, WE MAY DENY THE RETURN, AND SEND THE ITEM BACK TO YOU, OR WE WILL CHARGE $5 FEE FOR PACKAGING. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN OPENING UP PACKING, AND DO NOT THROW AWAY PACKAGING BEFORE CONFIRMING ITEMS FITS. We understand outside box may get damaged during travel. For shoes do not send a shoe box with no packaging. *BOOTS COMES WITH A LINING ON THE BOTTOM. IF THAT LAYER IS PEELED OFF, WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE. ALSO, WITH THE STRETCH BOOTS WITHOUT BELT/GARTER WILL COME WITH DOUBLE SIDED TAPE. YOU MUST RETURN THAT AS WELL, OR THE PRICE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUND.
