Custom / Made to Order Policy
Any item that is under custom made/made to order will take anywhere from 1-12 weeks to be completed. THE ITEM HAS TO BE MADE. If you need item faster, please add rush processing fee or express shipping fee to increase speed. Please start a chat to confirm it is possible. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee on time arrival, even with rush fee. Any factor can cause delay that we cannot control. But we will constantly push the factory to get your order completed. If you need item by a particular date and bypass final inspection, and your item has issues, we can only fix those issues that would have been fixed in the original inspection. We will send a label to you to have it repaired. Please note order starts processing after measurements, color choice, and materials are finalized!!
You can message us to see if factory may have a size or color already made that cab be shipped right away. Note any item that is not in stock in our warehouse is under custom category. If you were able to click this tab, this item is custom/made to order.
Items are made with materials that are available at time of order. Our in stock items are made in bulk will look exactly the same . Our custom/made to order items may not have the same beading or material available at the time of production, and there may be a slight difference in the finish. Rest assured we make sure items are made with quality and care.
The luxury line items use the highest quality materials and beading, and finishings, and can be made to your measurements for free. Please note Luxury line has "luxury" in the item title
WE CANNOT GUARENTEE THE ON TIME ARRIVAL OF ANY CUSTOM ITEM. IF YOU ADD RUSH FEE IT WILL SPEED UP THE PROCESS OF MAKING THE ITEM. IF YOU ADD EXPRESS SHIPPING IT WILL SPEED UP THE SHIPPING TIME. Most items can be made in different styles. Such as a jumpsuit style can be made in dress, or romper. Mini dress can be made into maxi or jumpsuit style. Please email to confirm first. Chain collection can also be transformed into plus sizes by adding chain extenders. Please note chain dresses are delicate because they are made of chains. Please treat a delicate piece of clothing!!!
If you add on custom sizing fee you can change the color of any nude mesh to light nude or brown.

USPS Shipments are delivered on Saturdays, not Sundays. You can pay extra to have you package delivered on Sunday INSURANCE UP TO $50 is included EXPRESS only for lost packages during transit. You can add insurance to any package which will cover packages lost or damaged during transit. If you want to ensure your package is not stolen, please add signature confirmation to your package.
SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS: 90% of our items are in stock and ready to ship. For the other 10% it will have to be ordered. Please check your email for order status. You will get an email stating when the item ships out, or it will say in description if the item has to be ordered. It will not take more than 7-10 business days for a item to arrive to you if we had to order it. If you cannot wait for the item to come in, please respond to the email right away. If we order the item and you change your mind after the order has been ordered you, will be we may not be able to cancel it, if we will charge a 15% restocking fee. That includes Pre-Ordered items. If we get a cancellation within 2 hours, we will fully refund. We print out label for all shipments if they ship that day or not. Please be sure to check for email from us with order delay status.

Please email us for return address. You are responsible for shipping cost. We will cover shipping cost exchanges for the same item in a different size. If the item price has changed, then you will be issued a store credit . We will supply label for even exchanges, replacements, or repair of item.

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 10 business days, and store credit will be issued. For damaged items you pictures must be sent within 24 hours. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
