🔒 PRIMA DONS & DONNAS — OFFICIAL RETURN & ORDER POLICY

🚨 ORDER AGREEMENT (LEGALLY BINDING)

By placing an order with Prima Dons & Donnas, you agree to all terms in this policy, including:

  • Production timelines

  • No refund conditions

  • Custom item restrictions

  • Delivery time disclaimers

Failure to read this policy does not void these terms.


🧵 MADE-TO-ORDER / CUSTOM ITEMS (ALL SALES FINAL)

All custom, made-to-order, altered, or factory-ordered items:

  • Require production time of 1–12 weeks (up to 60 business days)

  • Begin processing immediately after order details are finalized (size, color, materials)

  • CANNOT be canceled, refunded, or disputed after 24 hours. Rush or express orders cannot be cancelled after 1 hour

❗ STRICT POLICY:

  • ALL custom/made-to-order items are FINAL SALE

  • NO refunds

  • NO exchanges

  • NO chargebacks accepted


⏱️ PRODUCTION & DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • Production: up to 60 business days

  • Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Total timeframe: up to 10–12 weeks

🚫 IMPORTANT:

We DO NOT guarantee delivery dates for any reason, including:

  • Events (birthdays, vacations, weddings, etc.)

  • Rush orders

  • Shipping delays

  • Factory delays

Delays DO NOT qualify for refunds, cancellations, or disputes.


⚡ RUSH & EXPRESS SERVICES

  • Rush processing moves your order to the front of our production line when availability and our current workload allow. It may also include faster shipping transit.
    • Cancellation window: You have 1 hour to cancel after placing your order.
    • No guaranteed delivery date: Rush service does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
    • If it arrives after your desired date: If your item is not delivered by your desired date, we will refund 50% of the rush fee upon request
    • If we notify you it won’t arrive in time: If we alert you that your item will not arrive by your desired date, we will switch your order to standard processing and shipping times and we will complete the quality inspection.
    Important note about quality checks on rush orders:
    Because rush orders are time-sensitive, a quality inspection may need to be skipped. If your item bypasses the quality check, we are not responsible for defects related to the skipped inspection. If an issue occurs, we can attempt to fix it if the item is shipped back to us immediately upon arrival. Please contact us for the return shipping address.
    Measurements for rush orders:
    We may request your measurements so the factory can select the best size for you. Rush orders may not allow enough time to be made to your exact measurements.

🎯 EVENT DATE POLICY

Customers are fully responsible for ordering in advance.

  • We are NOT responsible if an item arrives after your event

  • Providing an event date does NOT override production timelines

  • Late arrival is NOT grounds for refund or chargeback


🎨 PRODUCT VARIATIONS (IMPORTANT)

Custom items may vary due to material availability.

  • Beading, fabric, or finishes may differ slightly

  • This is NOT considered a defect

  • All items are made with comparable quality materials


📦 IN-STOCK ITEMS (LIMITED RETURN POLICY)

Eligible items (non-custom, non-sale):

  • Store credit only — NO refunds

  • Must request return within 3 days of delivery

  • Must be returned within 10 business days

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Unworn, unused, no odor, no stains

  • Original packaging intact

  • Approved via email before return


❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are FINAL SALE (NO exceptions):

  • Custom / made-to-order items

  • Items not in stock at time of purchase

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Formal gowns

  • Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, corsets

  • Accessories

  • Shoes with worn soles or removed protection

  • Any rushed order


📸 DAMAGE / WRONG ITEM CLAIMS 

To qualify:

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Must include clear photos

If approved:

  • We will repair, replace, or remake the item

  • Refunds are NOT guaranteed

❗ IMPORTANT:

Claims without photos or after 24 hours will be denied


🔁 EXCHANGES (LIMITED)

  • Only available for same item, different size

  • Subject to approval

  • We cover standard shipping for exchanges only


📦 RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Original shipping is non-refundable

  • If free shipping was used, cost will be deducted from store credit


⚖️ CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

By completing your purchase, you agree:

  • You will not file a chargeback for:

    • Production time

    • Delivery delays

    • Event timing issues

    • Custom item dissatisfaction

🚫 FRAUD NOTICE:

Filing a chargeback in violation of this policy may result in:

  • Submission of this agreement to your bank

  • Evidence of policy acceptance at checkout

  • Order confirmation timestamps

  • IP and transaction verification


📩 ORDER APPROVAL & COMMUNICATION

  • Customers are responsible for confirming sizing, color, and details

  • Once confirmed, order cannot be changed or canceled

  • We are not responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer


🧾 FINAL AGREEMENT

By placing an order, you confirm:

✔ You understand the item may take up to 12 weeks
✔ You understand custom items are final sale
✔ You accept no guaranteed delivery date
✔ You agree not to dispute based on delays or expectations
