Return Policy

NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT ONLY

We will gladly accept your return for a store credit for non discounted or stocked items category within 10 business days with email request. For damaged items, please send picture within 24 hours of delivery. If you have any difficulty, please send an email to sales@primadnd.com or text 404-956-5401.

Return Order to:

Please email us for return address. You are responsible for shipping cost. We will cover shipping cost exchanges for the SAME item in a different size. 

General requirements for acceptance:

  • Returned within 10 business days of receipt of receiving your order.
  • In original packaging, unworn condition, free of makeup stains and free of odor.
  • Must be approved via email by us.
  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return.

Non-returnable items include (exchange/store credit not accepted): 

Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits, corsets, costumes, custom made items, made to order items, any items that is not stocked and discounted items.

Return Processing time: 

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.  Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return log into your account. If you do not have an account search for your email confirmation, click on it, click reply body of email. Inform us of *item you want to return * reason for return, and we will respond with instructions. 

To inquire about order status, you can log into your account, or check shipping email you received.

STORE CREDITS CAN T BE USED TO PURCHASE ANY ITEM  *Any customized or made to order items, embellished with anything by us, couture, items that had to be ordered, or custom items that cannot be returned or exchanged.  Even exchange has item price has to be the same or lower. If the price has changed, you will get a store credit . *ALL ITEMS MUST BE REPACKAGED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGE WITH NO DAMAGE TO THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE OR ITEM. IF PACKAGING IS DAMAGED, WE MAY DENY THE RETURN, AND SEND THE ITEM BACK TO YOU, OR WE WILL CHARGE $5 FEE FOR PACKAGING. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN OPENING UP PACKING, AND DO NOT THROW AWAY PACKAGING BEFORE CONFIRMING ITEMS FITS. We understand outside box may get damaged during travel. For shoes do not send a shoe box with no packaging. *BOOTS COMES WITH A LINING ON THE BOTTOM. IF THAT LAYER IS PEELED OFF, WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE. ALSO, WITH THE STRETCH BOOTS WITHOUT BELT/GARTER WILL COME WITH DOUBLE SIDED TAPE. YOU MUST RETURN THAT AS WELL, OR THE PRICE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUND. UNWORN ITEM MUST BE IN BOX AND BOX MUST BE PACKAGED IN OUTSIDE PROTECTIVE PACKING 10 DAY EXCHANGE FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT CUSTOM ITEMS, COSTUMES, CORSETS/WAIST TRAINERS/UNDERWEAR, SALE ITEMS, ORDER ITEMS, PER-ORDERED ITEMS, MASK/COVID19 ITEMS. UN OPENED PACKAGES WILL BE IMMEDIATE REFUND. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS OPEN, ITEM MUST BE NEW UNUSED WITH TAGS ATTACHED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. BUYER PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING FOR RETURNS. IF YOU HAD FREE SHIPPING, SHIPPING COST WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR STORE CREDIT BALANCE.  STORE CREDITS USUALLY TAKE USUALLY TAKES 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE AVAILABLE.   IF THE WRONG ITEM WAS SENT OR ITEM WAS DAMAGED. WE WILL EMAIL YOU A LABEL TO SEND THE ITEM BACK.  THE LABEL WILL COME FROM STAMPS.COM. IT HAS TO BE PRINTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OR IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY VOID. WE ALSO CAN SEND QR CODE. YOU CAN SPECIFY WHICH METHOD YOU WOULD LIKE IN THE RETURN EMAIL.   ALSO, THE ITEM HAS TO BE UNWORN WITH NO RIPS TEARS, AND BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. EXCHANGES/RETURNS HAS TO BE APPROVED AND BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER DELIVERY YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECIEVING THE ITEM.  FOR CLAIMS OF DAMAGE OR WRONG ITEM PLEASE SEND PICTURES IN THE EMAIL REQUEST. IF WE GET THE ITEM AND DAMAGE IS DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE, WE WILL DEDUCT ALL SHIPPING COST FROM STORE CREDIT

Items customized/embellished will not be exchanged or retuned. Items that are ordered (anything that states in description it takes time to ship out or arrive, drop ship items, or items we emailed you we have to order) are non-return or exchange.
