1. What makes Prima Dons & Donnas unique?
Prima Dons & Donnas specializes in custom and ready-to-wear clothing & boots for all body types, with a focus on club, date, dance, evening, special occasion, and plus-size fashion. We offer personalized sizing, the ability to match mesh colors to your skin tone, make a dress in jumpsuit version, make boots in larger sizes, made to fit boots and more services. Our goal is to help every woman feel confident and glamorous for any occasion.

2. How do I place a custom order?
To order a custom piece, order the item you want Add the custom fees to cover the type of customization you want. If you do not add any custom fees no further action is necessary. Then simply text us with your customization requirements. For measurements you can fill out the forms here will help you take your measurements. Or you can go to your local tailor to have your measurements taken. No virtual or in-person consultation is required—just submit your details, and we’ll handle the rest!

3. What is the turn around time for orders?
Custom Pieces: 6–90 days. Please see the listing description for better estimates. Please note these are estimates, and we do not guarantee any delivery date, as issues may arrive that is out of our control.

4. What are your shipping policies?
Free Domestic Shipping: On orders over $100
Free International Shipping: On orders over $300
Custom or made to order shipping takes 10-15 days
Express orders will take 4-6 days (you must choose the express fee from the add on fees, not in check out page. Choose free shipping when you check out so that you're not charged 2 times for shipping)
Luxury items shipping takes 4-10 days
Rush shipping takes 4-6 days and also speeds up processing time
Appointment-Only Pickup: Available in the Atlanta/Marietta, GA area. Custom items that are not in stock needs to be shipped

5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached for ready to ship (cannot be part of the custom collections even if in stock) . Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale. A store credit will be issues and can be used. If we have to rush your order for any reason, and we had to skip the quality inspection, order will be a final sale. During the process of the inspection, we are able to find and fix any issues. We cannot do that If we had to rush the order. Also note that with rush or express orders we start processing the orders right away. There is no 24hours hold period. Therefore, the order can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order Please be aware that chain items. and beading items are delicate. For chain items if you have any issues from shipping, please ask to start a claim, where we will repair the item, or guide you on repairs. Same for beading, some may fall off during transit please start a claim to have item repaired or we will guide you. Please note that any item can be upgraded to a luxury item where the hard where will be changed out to the strongest available hardware, and all beading will be hand sewn on instead of glued on. Please search custom couture upgraded. Please note all chain items under $400 with smaller chains are delicate. These pieces or more for photoshoots.

9. How do I contact customer support?
We offer fast, text-based support! You can reach us through our Contact Form (/pages/contact) or via the text number provided on our website. We typically respond within 24 hours. We do not have a location. We are online only. We allow order pick up. We will text with address and meet up time. Time is flexible

10. Where are your customers located, and where Prima Dons and Donnas located?
We proudly serve customers internationally and nationwide, with most orders coming from California, New York, Florida, and Georgia. We do not have a location. We are online only. We generally ship from Georgia. Shipping location can change depending on stock etc..  We allow order pick up in the Atlanta and surrounding areas. We will text with address and meet up time. Pink up time is flexible. Place will more than likely be in Acworth. We can same day delivery in this area for a fee. Please text for quote.

12. Orders & Shipping Info
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Custom and made to order processing time is 4-30 days
Luxury items take 30-60 days
Wedding dresses takes 45-90 days
If item says ready to ship in the title, please read the description below to make sure we have your size and color, and how long is the processing time. If it says 1 business day item usually gets to you within a week. If it says 3 days or longer, please add on 10 days shipping time. You can add on express or rush fee to speed it up

13. Payments & Security
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, Cashapp Venmo. . All transactions are securely processed through SSL encryption except Venmo and Cashapp, these transactions can be taken over the phone and is the only payment options available for over the phone orders.

14. Buy Now Pay Later Options. We have Shop Pay, PayPal Buy Now Pay Later and, AfterPay
15. Made to Order Policy. We do not produce items in bulk. It is made by hand. we have services where you can be a part of the production, where you can help chose the hardware material etc and see how the item looks before it ships out. It's an addition purchase that you can add to your order. Since items are made to order the look and feel may vary based on the material that is available. We cannot clone any item; we will come as close to it as possible. We want to be able to offer you what you want in any color or measurements with any tweaks you want. Most items have a video attached. Please see the video for the most accurate representation Once orders start production we cannot cancel or change it in any way. All sales are final. We do a quality check to ensure the item is up to standard before we ship. Rush order cannot perform quality checks
16. Change Heel Policy All stiletto heels can be made km 12CM or 10CM upon request. No additional fee necessary, most of the time. Sometimes it will be necessary, and we will let you know right away. Changing the heel can take a lot of work such as a redesign. If the heel is shortened or increased by less than 5CM please add regular change heel fee. If getting different shape heel or more than a 5CM change, please add Special Change Heel Fee. Please note heel size to judge by is 12CM
17. Fur Policy All Faux/Fake fur items can be made in real fur. Some real/natural fur items can be made in faux/fake fur. Please text us for a quote
18. Rush Policy 
Rush processing moves your order to the front of our production line when availability and our current workload allow. It may also include faster shipping transit.
  • Cancellation window: You have 1 hour to cancel after placing your order.
  • No guaranteed delivery date: Rush service does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
  • If it arrives after your desired date: If your item is not delivered by your desired date, we will refund 50% of the rush fee.
  • If we notify you it won’t arrive in time: If we alert you that your item will not arrive by your desired date, we will switch your order to standard processing and shipping times and we will complete the quality inspection.
Important note about quality checks on rush orders:
Because rush orders are time-sensitive, a quality inspection may need to be skipped. If your item bypasses the quality check, we are not responsible for defects related to the skipped inspection. If an issue occurs, we can attempt to fix it if the item is shipped back to us immediately upon arrival. Please contact us for the return shipping address.
Measurements for rush orders:
We may request your measurements so the factory can select the best size for you. Rush orders may not allow enough time to be made to your exact measurements.
