REFUNDS
We have a strict no refund policy. If an order is approved for return we will offer in-store credit with a digital gift card. *In-store credit cant be used on any personalized or made-to-order items, embellished with anything by us, couture, items that had to be ordered by us, or custom items that cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGES
Qualified products can be exchanged for other variant sizes, styles, or colors of the same product.
If we sent the wrong product or if the product was verified to be damaged previously before you received it, we will initiate the exchange process and send you a return label for exchange.
•Any personalized or made-to-order items, embellished with anything by us, couture, items that had to be ordered by us, or custom items that cannot be exchanged.
CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS SHIPPING POLICY
• Custom items ship directly from manufacturers and they may use various shipping carriers. If you have an issue with a specific shipping carrier please select signature confirmation during checkout. If you don't select signature confirmation we can not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
HOW TO BEGIN A RETURN FOR IN-STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE
• Email us with your order confirmation email that contains the product information you'd like to return and your customer information and importantly your order # (towards the top).

• If your return or exchange is approved you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download and print a return label.
• For Returns: The return shipping fees will be deducted from your in-store credit.
• For Exchanges: If the original product's value is more than the product that you're exchanging it for, the remaining credit may be used to cover return and exchange shipping fees
If the original items is being exchanged for a product that costs the same or that costs more than the original product, an invoice will be emailed to you to cover the price difference and the return and exchange shipping fees.
Once that invoice is paid you will receive your return label via email to begin the exchange process.
HOW TO PREPARE YOUR PRODUCT FOR RETURN
• Do not throw away any original packaging before checking to see if your product fits perfectly.
• All items must be in it's original packaging, any missing or damaged original packaging may be fined $5 to cover the cost of repacking and restocking the item.
• All returned products must show no signs of being worn or used or damaged.
• All returned items must use the return label we provide once the return is approved.
• Boots come with a lining on the bottom of the sole, if that lining is peeled off then the boot no longer qualifies for return.
• Stretch Boots (without belt/garter) will come with double sided tape. That must be returned as well.
