2. **Chain Collection Items:**

* Chain Collection items can be resized using chain extenders
* A custom fitting fee is *not* required for resizing chain styles

4. **How Plus Size Items Are Made:**

* Your measurements will be used as a **guide** to match a general US size (e.g., 3XL)

* Luxury Line items (over \$400) will be made **to your exact measurements**
* All Luxury Line custom items require **a minimum of 20 business days** for production, even with rush or express service
