17. Rush Processing
Need it sooner than our standard turnaround? Rush processing prioritizes your order for faster production (based on availability and current workload). Cannot be cancelled after placing the order. Rush does not guarantee delivery by a particular date. If your item is not delivered by your desired date, we will refund half of the rush fee. If we alert you that the item will not arrive in time, we will process the order with normal shipping times and conduct the quality inspection. If the item by passes the quality check, we are not responsible for any defects since quality check had to bypassed. We can try to fix any defects if item is shipped to us immediately after arrival
