For plus measurements you provide will be used as a guide. For example if you provide measurement that are 3xl, then the item will be made in 3xl. The item will be cut to general 3xl Measurment's. Adding this item to cart will upgrade custom orders ready to ship within 4-15 days. LUXURY LINE WILL TAKE AT LEAST 20 BUSINESS DAYS. If you need by a particular date please contact us to confirm. Sometimes factory is backed up, or shipping gets delayed. We stay in constant contact with the manufacturer and shipping company each step of the process and update you if we foresee any delays to try and ensure that the order arrives in time. Any item that is under custom made/made to order will take anywhere from 1-8 weeks to arrive. THE ITEM HAS TO BE MADE. USPS Shipments are delivered on Saturdays, not Sundays. You can pay extra to have you package delivered on Sunday INSURANCE UP TO $50 is included EXPRESS only for lost packages during transit. You can add insurance to any package which will cover packages lost or damaged during transit. If you want to ensure your package is not stolen, please add signature confirmation to your package. 

SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS: 90% of our items are in stock and ready to ship. For the other 10% it will have to be ordered. Please check your email for order status. You will get an email stating when the item ships out, or it will say in description if the item has to be ordered.  It will not take more than 7-10 business days for a item to arrive to you if we had to order it. If you cannot wait for the item to come in, please respond to the email right away. If we order the item and you change your mind after the order has been ordered you, will be we may not be able to cancel it, if we will charge a 15% restocking fee. That includes Pre-Ordered items.  If we get a cancellation within 2 hours, we will fully refund. We print out label for all shipments if they ship that day or not.
