Any item that is under custom made/made to order will take anywhere from 1-5 weeks to arrive. If you choose a faster shipping method, that will only decrease the shipping transit time. THE ITEMS HAS TO BE MADE. Most of the listing has the estimated processing time. Please go by those dates. We do have some stock of some custom items. Feel free to start a chat with us to ask.

If they don’t, we can give you credit for exchange for any item on our website or we can get a pair made with same/similar style, with our customization boots service. Credit will be issued to exchange for the custom pair. Shipping will be free for all exchange.
- We guarantee that our in-stock items will fit according to the size chart in the listing description, or we will provide credit for free exchanges for any item on our website. (If you do not see sizing for any in stock clothing item, please email us and we will update the sizing right away and offer a 10% discount code you can use to purchase that item we did not have sizing for)

How Much is Shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
How Long Does Shipment Take?
All non custom orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-2 business days or sooner with the exception of overnight orders which ship within 1 business day. At checkout, select the shipment method of your choice.

2.UPS Overnight Ships the same business day if placed by 12:00 PM EST. Saturday delivery is not available.

USPS Shipments are delivered on Saturdays, not Sundays. You can pay extra to have you package delivered on Sunday INSURANCE UP TO $50 is included EXPRESS only for lost packages during transit. You can add insurance to any package which will cover packages lost or damaged during transit. If you want to ensure your package is not stolen, please add signature confirmation to your package.
SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS: 90% of our items are in stock and ready to ship. For the other 10% it will have to be ordered. Please check your email for order status. You will get an email stating when the item ships out, or it will say in description if the item has to be ordered. It will not take more than 7-10 business days for a item to arrive to you if we had to order it. If you cannot wait for the item to come in, please respond to the email right away. If we order the item and you change your mind after the order has been ordered you, will be we may not be able to cancel it, if we will charge a 15% restocking fee. That includes Pre-Ordered items. If we get a cancellation within 2 hours, we will fully refund. We print out label for all shipments if they ship that day or not. Please be sure to check for email from us with order delay status.

Return Processing time:
